Reservation Supervisor

THE ROLE

• Assist the Assistant Director of Revenue & Distribution to maximise revenue incomes for individual, groups & conferences
• Maintain and manage all reservation channels
• Monitor, make amendments & implement reservation operation procedure

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant or similar experience
• Communication and influencing skills
• Excellent decision making & leadership skills
• Proficient  in PC skills with Opera or Fidelio or similar hotel software, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
