The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (ICPAS), the national organization for the accountancy profession in Singapore with more than 19,300 members is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to fill the following position.

Executive Assistant, Special Projects

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles calls, provide consulting services to potential candidates and courses enquiries.
• Administrative work, processing applications, filing, IDA inskills@work claim etc.
• Process payment and maintain online system.
• Ensure all admin and logistics support are in place for workshops and courses.
• Follow through the examination production schedule.
• Assist Executive in liaison with the examining team.
• Assist in any marketing efforts in the growth of this programme.
• Any other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or higher in business, marketing or IT.
• ‘O’ level with years of relevant years of experience will also be considered.
• Customer service oriented, able to speak to customers face to face as well as handle phone calls.
• Meticulous, resourceful and innovative with positive work attitude.
• Strong learning ability.
• Willing to handle administrative work.
• Good initiative in making things better.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
• Competent in Microsoft Office software.
