Technical Account Manager – Nielsen Online, Singapore
We have an excellent opportunity for an energetic organised Technical Account Manager to join our Nielsen Online (formerly Nielsen//NetRatings) Team. This role will supports our growing business in Singapore.
You will be required to provide Technical Account Management to cover a range of clients via email, face-to-face meetings and phone support.
In this role, you will be required to understand the business needs of clients and translate into practical solutions. You will generate code to be placed on our clients websites and deliver training solutions to new and existing clientele. You will also set up channels for new clients, set up login details, conduct basic trouble shooting and servicing our clients from a technical perspective.
You will provide a high level of customer satisfaction and will have the ability to develop long term relationships with our clients.
