Quality Management System Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Perform internal & external audits
• Manage and coordinate audits session
• Maintain RMS documents, ISO and calibration records
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of all audit findings

Requirements:

• Diploma in QA & QMS or related fields
• Must have at least 2 years experience in handling audits, ISO documents and handling different types of measuring equipments & calibration.
• Must have sound knowledge in ISO 9000

Location : Changi South
Working hours : 8.30 am - 6pm

Our Client is a major player in the Automative/Engineering industry.It currently has vacancy for the position of: Assistant Manager (Supply). Responsibilities: Lead a team of materials planning, purchasing and logistics personnel to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials at most competitive cost for company?s vehicle constructing operations. Manage the supply chain process from planning, quotation, negotiation, award, scheduling, expediting, transportation, receipt, issue, and inventory control. Conduct audits to verify company?s established policies are complied. Resolve issues related to internal and external customers satisfaction. Execute activities consistent with company?s goals and objectives. Support company's Lean Management programs. Requirements: Degree in related discipline. Must possess knowledge in quantity surveying and capable to manage complicated BOM (and Modular BOM) under demanding project schedules. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to manage time and act with appropriate urgency. Computer literate preferably with knowledge of SAP MM. Familiar with automotive parts would be advantageous.
