Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Issue cheque and raise payment voucher
• Update monthly AP details into the Accounting System (S21)
• Issue debit note to third party for sample charges
• Issue debit note for inter company
• Prepare bank reconciliation for Citibank and OCBC (USD & SGD)
• Administrative and ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• MUST be figures savvy.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Able to work independently in a fast paced environment

Other Details:

• 5 day work week
• Company transport provided at various pick-up points (AMK, Hougang, Tampines, Eunos, Chai Chee, Bedok & Tanah Merah)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Changi South
