Senior Human Resource Executive
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Review and administration of group compensation & benefits and performance management system.
- Giving advice on any grievance or employment law issues
- Sourcing of training programs as required and arranging subsidies from government bodies.
- Maintaining employee files, electronic records and up-to-date summaries of contract information.
- To Execute and report findings on the annual organization climate survey and performance review exercise.
- Dealing with ad hoc HR queries and undertaking ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Assist in Overseas Recruitment and be in charge of receiving and housing of foreign employees.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies
- Minimum 3 of relevant working experience in the HR field
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience is a plus
- Well versed in local employment legislation, CPF Act and Income Tax Regulations
- Experience in recruitment, compensation & benefit in preparing salary packages and benchmarking will be an added advantage
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Meticulous, independent, responsible and able to multi-task in fast pace environment
