INTERIOR DESIGNERS – FFE Specialization

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Design Presentations and compiling sample boards
• Consolidate drawings of all rooms including plan, elevations, sections, details & sketches
• Compile FFE Images, mood boards, visual diary scrap book
• Researching FF&E and finishes and materials for consideration
• Complete FFE scheme & workshop drawings for: Loose Furniture, Decorative Lighting, Rugs, Wall & ceiling treatments, Bedding, Artwork, Accessories, Soft furnishings
• Creation & maintenance of FFE Budget estimate vs actuals
• Work with project Team Administrator to obtain Supplier quotations
• Quality Assurance of fabricated pieces against workshop drawings
• Co-ordination of delivery of FFE pieces to site and placement of pieces according to plans/elevations during installation
• Support Design Director and Senior Interior Designer(s)

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Ability to sketch freehand illustrations & produce formal perspectives is required
• Good written & spoken English essential and Chinese (Mandarin and spoken Chinese dialects) preferred
• Web design skills are highly regarded
• Interest in Photography and Fine Arts an advantage
• Technical proficiency in WORD, Excel, Power-point, AUTOCAD, 3D Studio Max & Adobe Photoshop essential.
• Must be able to start immediately or with short notice.
• Singaporean and PR preferred.
