Accounts Cum Credit Control Exec
Key Duties:
- Prepare of invoices ,journals
- Handle daily/monthly operation for (AR & AP)
- Supporting in other accounting aspects
- Responsible for strict control of clients’ credit limit and credit teams
- To prepare weekly /monthly reports on collections and outstanding payments for follow-up
- Follow up and attend small claims courts, including write of seizure cases
- Liaise with solicitors and instruct appropriate actions to deal with individual clients
Jobs Requirements :
- At lease 2-3 years in Accounting experience
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office skills
- Singaporeans /SPR /Malaysians only
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin ,team player able to start work immediately
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, independent and a team player
