EXECUTIVE, OPERATIONS
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations, you are responsible for handling the operation of the M&E facility and building maintenance services and plan/implement preventive maintenance and improvement works. You are also required to co-ordinate tenancy fitting out work and supervise a team of technicians.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Building, Real Estate Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management
- Customer oriented and good interpersonal skills
