Logistic Coordinator (1-year contract)
Essential Functions:
- A member of the Projects Supply Chain management.
- Receiving and planning the incoming & outgoing project material
- Assist QC Technician on the incoming material inspection
- Create appropriate material movement/documentation when needed.
- To prepare shipping documentation
- To coordinate with the freight forwarder
- To manage project material inventory
- Interact with internal and external customers as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics/Material Management/Supply Chain Management
- 2-3 years of Logistic or Material management experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and/or mechanical principles.
- Ability to read and understand basic engineering documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Desired:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
