Interior Designer
Pre-requisites
- Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design or any related field with minimum of 2 years experience
- Proven track record of interior design projects you have undertaken and completed. A portfolio of your works should be available upon request
- Have a strong flair in conceptual design
- Have client liaison experience with good communication skills
- Able to communicate fluently in English
- Creative, resourceful and self driven
- Strong in Space Planning, concept development and computer drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max/ Viz and Adobe Photoshop
- Well versed in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel and Words) and experience in preparing presentation materials
- Pleasant, pro-active, self motivated with design flair and passion
- Graduate with less than 3 years’ experience but with excellent design and 3D Max rendering skill will be considered
- Singaporean, Malaysian or Singapore PR are eligible to apply
The Job
- Successful candidate will involve in various commercial and residential interior projects from inception to completion
- Prepare concept and sketch design, presentation materials, autoCAD drawing for basic planning to detailed or tender drawings as well as site coordination
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers at various stages of interior works
- Project monitoring and scheduling for timely completion and quality of project
