Our client is a significant real estate investor with strong presence in Asia. To facilitate their aggressive expansion, they are currently seeking an Investment Analyst to join their investment team to grow their office, industrial, retail and development funds.
Based in Singapore, the successful individual will be assisting the Investment Managers in identifying prospective properties locally and regionally for acquisitions, carrying out due diligence and be involved in formulating strategies to grow investment grade assets within their portfolio. Together with the Investment Managers, you will develop financial models and conduct feasibility studies before making your recommendations to the investment committee.
This is an excellent opportunity for career progression as you will be very involved in all aspects of investment, from setting up a fund to acquisition to structuring the financing for individual deals. The successful candidate should have a degree in either Finance or Real Estate and possess at least 3 years of experience in a similar. Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to work independently under pressure is essential.
