Asst. Technical Support Manager
The Job :
Front Desk Service Center
- To handle all service center related issues
- Analyze return trend and feedback to Quality for corrective action and closure
- Buffer stock control
Pre- & Post-Sales Support
- To manage a team of technical specialists
- To support Sales Manager on technical related issue
- To handle sample request, status and follow up
- To handle new product qualification
- To handle regulatory approval matters
Product Quality
To work closely with quality engineer on:
- Solving all product quality issues
- Source inspection to achieve first time pass
- Vendor and product qualifications
- RMA testing and defect analysis
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics or Computer Studies
- At least 3 years relevant experience
- Be able to speak and read mandarin
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivation and passion
- Determination to drive
- Sense of urgency
