Integration Architect – Enterprise (rank: AVP/VP)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the definition of the bank’s overall integration architecture in consultation with the Head of Technology Architecture and the IT Group as a whole.
• Responsible for designing the bank’s end to end integration architecture (batch, file and alignment with online) globally, and developing the associated roadmaps and high level plans
• Review the integration architecture design of key application projects to ensure alignment with the enterprise standards and target architecture/roadmap
• Formulate the standards, integration patterns, processes and procedures for integration projects.
• Assist with ensuring conformance to the agreed integration standards, processes and procedures
• Understand the needs of business units and assist in the development of the technology roadmaps.
• Contribute to technical studies to develop new technology strategies and architectural standards.
• Remain current on leading trends in designated architecture areas and IT in general.

Requirements :

• Computer Sc. or Computer Eng. degree or above in related IT discipline. Additional business degree would be an advantage
• 5-10 years industry experience across all aspects of systems development, technology strategy creation, and management.
• At least 2 years of extensive experience in 1) integration solution architecture in financial services, covering multiple locations; AND 2) engaging with senior people within business, operations, and technology.
• Proven analytical capability and thorough working knowledge of industry best practice solution architecture approaches for integration.
• Strong application and data integration development skills. Experience on interface protocols, tools and standards, and Data Delivery/Integration Tools.
• Strong understanding of the relationships between processes, data and technology
• Good team work with strong influencing skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, highly organized
