HR Assistant (urgent!)

Term of Employment: Contract for 1 year with full benefits given (Extendable)

Position Objective

  • To support HR functions in staff recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, update and maintenance of employee records and provide assistance in all aspects of HR administration services and day-to-day related activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • (30%) HRIS – maintain employees’ record and data base are up-to-date
  • (20%) Recruitment – coordinate and support hiring process
  • (15%) Staff Communication – provide assistance in staff relations and activities
  • (10%) Organisation – coordinate orientation and training programs
  • (10%) Benefits – administration of benefits
  • (10%) Ensure procedures for benefits administration are consistent
  • (5%) Others

Qualification & Working Experience

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR/Administration
  • Knowledge in Easypay module
  • Fluent in spoken Mandarin and English as position required to coordinate with Hong Kong office
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Able to start work immediately
